Boy Scout Troop 148, chartered by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4089, have teamed up with the City of Temecula Fire Department. The Fire Department made these awesome “American Flag Retirement” boxes. They are located at each of the City of Temecula Fire Departments. We also have a drop box at our Post on Diaz. Feel free to drop off your worn and tattered flag. The Boy Scouts have Flag Retirement Ceremonies periodically to retire the old flags properly.
